Mary Robinson gallery director / senior designer

Mary is an experienced and innovative interior designer, focusing on her expertise in hard surface flooring. She specializes in new construction and has a trained eye for color. Mary has been a designer for over 20 years and graduated from UCLA with a degree in graphic design. Her main focus is serving the client and staying within budgetary guidelines. Her best qualities include being a creative thinker, a team player, and a multi-tasker who understands that behind every great design is an important business objective.

Lisa Pearson flooring and cabinet sales / Interior design

Lisa joined Home Elements in February 2016, bringing with her 10 years of experience in the Flooring Industry and a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. She has always enjoyed helping others select the perfect items to complete their space, often assisting family and friends with the layout of a room or choosing a paint color. In the short time that she has been with the company, she has also become a Cabinet Designer, just adding more levels to the service she can provide for a client. When Lisa isn’t helping customers select flooring, cabinets, and paint colors for their home, she is either spending time with her husband and their 90lb lab, or playing volleyball and attending kickboxing classes.

Deanna Bert kitchen & bath designer

Deanna came to Home Elements in November 2016 as a Kitchen & Bath Designer, having 8 years of experience in the industry and a degree in Interior Design. Her design skills range from clean contemporary to rustic retreats to classic traditional spaces. Deanna believes that a kitchen should be a seamless continuation of the style of the home, while still catering to the client’s functional needs and design aspirations. Her passion for art and creativity is expressed in every layout. Deanna prides herself on her commitment to client satisfaction, and ensures all the various aspects of the project come together to create a unique and beautiful space.
